Construction of Foundations required to install two Pilger Mills at the Westinghouse specialty metals Plant in Blairsville, PA.

Install Dust Curtain
Remove Floor Slab for Pit Excavation
Install Pit Temporary Shoring
Excavate Pit
Install Floor Slab, Walls, Stairs, and Equipment Foundations
Install Structural Steel and Paint
Replace Floor slab, electrical grounding, and other miscellaneous construction
