General scope of work includes dewatering of the impoundment, removal of the existing wooden and masonry spillway and pedestrian bridge, construction of a new reinforced concrete spillway with pedestrian bridge and sluice gate outlet works, and excavation of the earthen embankment to provide for uniform upstream and downstream embankment slopes
