Project Description

This project is for rock slopes improvements on SR 219 and the pavement preservation on SR 601 in Somerset County. Work on SR 219 will include geotechnical remediation along rock slopes and upgrade existing guiderail to MASH compliance at three different locations along SR 219. The SR 601 portion of the project is for the pavement preservation of approximately 1.22 miles of SR 601 in Somerset County.  Work also includes milling and resurfacing, drainage improvements, pavement markings, signing upgrades, driveway improvements, sanitary sewer relocation and other miscellaneous construction
